*COVID VACCINATION REQUIRED IF HIRED*ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSManager SpecificManages the day-to-day operations of the program through effective leadership, providing an ongoing assessment of program, reporting to the Director any deficiencies and plans of correctionAssists the Program Director in maximizing the effectiveness of services provided to youth and their familiesTakes active role in recruitment, hiring, development, evaluation, and termination of staffIn coordination with Human Resources, develops a plan for the orientation, development, and ongoing training of staffReviews and approves all documentation prepared by the program staffProvides leadership, direct supervision, training, and support to team members including: regular one-to-one consultation meetings, regular assessment of performance, and routine provision of feedback as it pertains to job performance, professional development, and program and agency job specific expectationsEnsures the provision of a wide array of family centered services to consumers with appropriate regard to their physical and mental well-beingCollaborates with the program management team daily to review new referral packets and complete case assignmentsTakes a lead role in the implementation of Evidence Based Practice (EBP) models and therapeutic groups for youth and families in the programReviews complaints generated by clients, their representatives, and/or other agents and develop plans to address each complaint satisfactorilyDocuments all services provided to youth or on behalf of youthReviews critical incident reports and ensures follow-up plans are in place to address safety and minimize riskEnsures documentation is compliant with regulatory and contractual requirementsParticipates in on-call rotationParticipates in Utilization Review, Accreditation, County and State Audits as requested.Responsible for meeting all outcomes as documented in their Employee Development PlanAgency SpecificPerforms all duties in a manner consistent with the principles and values of the agency, while adhering to applicable professional codes of ethics, agency Policies and Procedures and County Mental Health Plan regulationsModel and communicate appropriate positive attitudes toward the agency's Mission, Vision, and ValuesWork collaboratively with all agency programs and staff to provide support as neededUtilize and maintain Microsoft Outlook calendar with all work-related details in order to manage time effectively and share calendar information with coworkersParticipate in on-going training to expand and develop professional skillsPerform other duties as necessary for the agency, as assignedStarting Salary Range: $70,000 $75,000 DOEEducationRequiredMasters or better in Counseling Psychology or related fieldLicenses & CertificationsPreferredLicensed MFT (LMFT)Licensed SW (LCSW)Licensed PCC (LPCC)SkillsPreferredAttention to detailAdhere to all confidentiality requirementsManagementEffective Leadership SkillsWritten and verbal communicationMulti-taskerProblem-solvingAbility to use laptop computerCollaborativeWork mobile, fast paced environment
