Location: 1562 Reynolds Ave Irvine California 92614 Shift: 1st, 2nd
and 3rd shift Position Overview: Seeking a hands-on Production
Maintenance Technician to support, troubleshoot, and repair
advanced automated manufacturing equipment. This role involves
preventive maintenance, machine operation, and troubleshooting
across a variety of technologies such as laser welding, PCB
handling, metal stamping, and high-speed assembly.
Responsibilities: Perform equipment setup, maintenance, and repairs
to ensure peak performance. Diagnose and fix mechanical and
electrical issues on automated systems. Conduct preventive
maintenance, inspections, and safety checks. Document activities
and communicate equipment status to the team. Support production
operators with setup and changeovers. Collaborate with engineering
and quality teams to resolve process issues.
