Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal Hardware Engineer to
design, develop, and deliver Ultra High-performance electronic
products.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and validate electronic products while owning all
aspects of EE hardware design
Provide technical leadership to a small design team and collaborate
with interdisciplinary engineering teams
Participate in customer trials, field issues, and product
sustaining throughout the product lifecycle
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
12+ years of experience in hardware engineering
Experience with large high-powered SOCs and advanced silicon
packaging technologies
Familiarity with power and thermal issues associated with
high-density PCBs
Demonstrated lifecycle product ownership of complex products from
inception to volume production
