Instructional Aide Subs Needed School-Based, Flexible Opportunities Simi Valley, CA This per diem position offers compassionate professionals the chance to provide vital support to students in a school environment. As an Instructional Aide, you will assist students one-on-one or in small groups, helping them succeed academically, behaviorally, and socially. Shifts are scheduled based on school coverage needs, providing flexibility for your availability.
