Manager, Global Brand Communications, Golf BU
LTD (6-7 months)
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Working closely with the Global Brand Comms Director, the Global
Brand Comms Manager will assist the adidas Golf Global Brand
Marketing team with the day-to-day execution and management of all
marketing strategies and deliverables. Develops, coordinates, and
executes branded communication materials, promotions and other
initiatives that accurately reflect the adidas brand within the
Golf category. Regularly collaborates with the Global Marketing
team, Global Merchandising team, Sports Marketing team, Global
Product Marketing teams and Regional Marketing teams for flawless
and on-time execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead communications, planning and briefing for all key
consumer-facing campaigns that meet brand standards, KPIs, budget
targets and timelines
- Collaborate with Global Brand Design throughout asset creation
process including development of messaging and elements that align
with brand direction
- Lead seasonal photo shoot execution by coordinating with Global
Merchandising and Global Product Marketing teams to order product
and clearly position key product on athletes to deliver assets to
support own DTC channels, PR and global retail/DPC
partners.
- Work with Sports Marketing and regional marketing leads to
strategically and impactfully leverage athlete service
days
- Primary point of contact for day-to-day communication with
regional marketing teams including bi-weekly call agenda and weekly
communication of asset delivery status
- Create and manage details of brand calendars that clearly
communicate timing for key global product launches and major
events/initiatives
- Build strong relationships and work cross-functionally with
global teams daily
- Assist with global MWB management
- Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day issues or problems that
affect marketing projects
- Coordinate internal and external feedback and approvals for
assigned projects

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Broad understanding of brand management and how all facets of
the market mix can affect consumer motivation and product
needs
- Ability to identify in-market opportunities and develop an
execution plan
- Strong communication skills (written, oral,
presentation)
- Highly developed attention to detail and follow-through against
deadlines
- Ability to work across teams and manage priorities to
accomplish multiple tasks
- Interest in sports required, general golf and golf footwear and
apparel product knowledge preferred
- Excellent computer skills (Excel, Power Point, Word)
- Occasional travel
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Four-year Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or
related field required
- 5 years of brand experience within a consumer goods company or
equivalent account management experience at an
advertising/marketing agency

- The anticipated low and high end of the base pay range for this
position is $90,000.00 - $100,000.00. Actual salary will be based
on various factors, such as a candidate's experience,
qualifications, skills and competencies, proficiency for the
role.
- We officially returned to office in a hybrid work environment,
working 3 days in office and 2 days remote. The working location of
this position is Carlsbad, CA.

working language is English.
