Job Description:
ManTech seeks a dedicated Activity Security Representative to
join our dynamic team, providing unparalleled support to our
government clients within the national security sector. This role
focuses on implementing and managing security measures to protect
sensitive information in accordance with national guidelines. The
ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of security
protocols and demonstrate vigilance and precision in monitoring,
analyzing, and enhancing security operations. Develop and implement
security procedures in accordance with federal and departmental
guidelines. Conduct regular security audits and inspections to
ensure compliance with set standards. Coordinate with internal and
external agencies to facilitate the secure processing and handling
of classified materials. Prepare and maintain detailed security
records and reports. Provide training and guidance on security
protocols to new hires and other departments as necessary. Respond
to security incidents and violations, initiating investigations and
reporting as required. In-depth knowledge of security protocols and
mechanisms. Expertise in handling classified information and
sensitive data. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient with
security management software and tools. Clearance: Must possess an
active security clearance. Certification: ASIS International's
Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security
Professional (PSP) preferred.
