Job Description Job Description We are seeking an experienced
Commercial Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of
multiple commercial properties throughout Orange County and the
Inland Empire. This role is based out of our Newport Beach
corporate office and requires strong property operations and
accounting experience. Responsibilities include: managing tenant
and vendor relations (including after-hours calls), coordinating
repairs and capital projects, conducting site inspections,
preparing monthly tenant billings, collecting rent, maintaining
rent rolls and lease files, posting rent and cash receipts, coding
invoices, preparing journal entries, and assisting with annual
budgets and variance reporting. Requirements: 3 years commercial
property management experience 3 years bookkeeping/accounting
experience Hands-on experience posting rent and cash receipts
(required) Proficiency with property management/accounting software
(Sage, Yardi, MRI, or similar) Strong communication skills and
ability to manage multiple properties Willingness to take
after-hours calls Preferred: Degree in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or
Property Management; CPM or IREM affiliation a plus. ?? Apply now
