Job Description:

Prominent key player that is highly respected in the industry and is known for offering a great working environment is actively interviewing for a Payroll Specialist who will partner with HR Mgr and assist with the following responsibilities: ? Report pulling out of Payroll System ? Processing of weekly and biweekly payroll via ADP ? Inputting reimbursements, changing time cards, addresses, etc. ? 401K processing ? Data entry ? Garnishments ? Answering employee inquires ? Check reconciliation ? Entitlement liability ? Scanning documents, processing of lunch logs ? End to end processing of company payrolls (biweekly) ? Maintenance of payroll system and leave planning system ? Updating and maintaining payroll records ? Liaising with staff and management on payroll related queries ? Maintaining leave, sickness and overtime reports ? Interpreting awards/agreements and contracts in relation to overtime and shift allowances etc. ? Payroll reporting to meet internal and statutory obligations ?
